Mickey is a sweet pit that is looking for a family. His is a sad story that should have a happy ending with him having a home where he will be loved & cherished. Mickey was left to die -- someone tied him to a tree in a park in freezing temperatures. His eyes were glued shut with pus, his nose was caked with mucus, and he had no hair as his whole body was covered with mange. Throughout all this ordeal, Mickey displayed a unique spirit and will to live. He gave all a lick/kiss as a gesture of thanks through vaccinations and skin scrapings/baths. He is now declared mange-free and his hair is growing in so we can see he will be brown and white instead of blue and pink. He needs to be adopted soon as he is approx. 8 months and still easily trained to be housebroken. Mickey is so willing to please and would do very well in puppy classes.
